SEVEN Months!

Dear Brendan,

7 months already?!?! I really need someone to slow down the clock! You have been a busy little guy this past month.  In fact, the days go by so quickly that I'm late with this journal entry!

You are now a crawler! Once you figured out how to pick those knees up there was no stopping you. Having you turn into a baby on the move has been so fun and exciting. You are no doubt keeping us all on our toes though! You are such a curious baby and want to explore everything around you. We are having to keep our eyes on you at all times, as you aren't leaving anything untouched these days!! 

You are also pulling yourself up to stand now too. I can't believe how quickly you seem to be taking to all of these new milestones and developments. I have a feeling you're going to be an early walker whether we're ready for it or not! Stay a little baby just a little while longer, ok?! 

Your sleeping habits are still great and you love your naps! I'm so happy you've turned into such a great little sleeper. I never thought that would happen but you've surprised us all! I hope it's a sign of things to come and that you always love nap and bedtime. I know that mommy and daddy love their sleep!

You've moved up to the next level of baby food solids. You still love your sweet potatoes and fruits, but you love pumpkin now too! You're not a fan of the green veggies at all. Something tells me that I'm going to have to get creative to get you to eat your veggies as you get older! Let's hope those taste buds change soon and you start to love those veggies. Yes, I know...wishful thinking!

We have moved into our new home in New Strawn. It was a little bit sad for me to leave your very first home, but I think you'll really enjoy living here! There is so much room for you to crawl around downstairs, and plenty of space for your toys. You are adapting well so far and we even decorated your bedroom to match the one at the other house.  We will be here for many yearsto come and I'm so excited for you to grow and for us to make so many happy memories here as a family!

I can't tell you enough what an absolute ray of sunshine you are and how much we love and adore you!
