Dear Brendan,

Oh.My.Word.

You sure know how to melt your mom's heart.

This morning we decided it's time to lay you in the crib portion of your pack-n-play. You're growing so fast that you're pretty much too long to sleep in the bassinet portion anymore. I was lying in bed watching TV and you were so content familiarizing yourself with your new place to sleep. I walked over to check on you and you were as peaceful as can be, just wiggling around checking out your surroundings.

I wanted a little snuggle time with you so I picked you up and layed you next to me in bed. I was being silly and talking to you, then it happened...you smiled the biggest, sweetest smile I had ever seen while making some sweet little coo sounds. My heart turned to mush. Your personality is really starting to develop and I'm loving watching you grow every day. As much as I would love for you to stay this little forever, I'm always so eager for tomorrow to come so I can see what new things I'll learn about you.

After a brief snuggle session, you did what you do best. You started screaming for a bottle!! That's my boy!
