We had such a fun weekend! Yesterday we went to Uncle Pake and Auntie Kim's house to spend the afternoon with all of the family. You got lots of snuggles from everyone! Auntie Kim had quite a spread with a lot of great food and fun Easter decoration's.
It was such a beautiful day and we spent most of it out on the patio
watching your cousins Bella, Abby, and Ryder play and search for Easter
eggs. It'll be so much fun when you're old enough to join in on the search! You had a great day and were very content. After a few hours though, you were pretty worn out so we took you home for some quiet time.

This trip means so much to me, and while you won't remember any of it, you will have some wonderful pictures that display just how much you are loved and adored. You are so special to us all and everyone is thoroughly enjoying their time with you. It's so important to me that you are able to spend a lot of time with my side of the family as well as your Dad's side of the family. I won't let the fact that they're out of state keep you from growing up close to them! That's my promise to you.

Today, Easter Sunday, we stayed home and relaxed. You even enjoyed some time in your new bouncer which was fun to watch! You really seem to enjoy being in as much of a sitting up position as you can be. I wish your dad could've been here with us on your first Easter. I know he's looking forward to flying out here in exactly 3 weeks, and we can't wait either!
